'Twas on the Monday morning the gas man came to call...

I' ve realised that I don't have time to write everything want to in this here blog. Ah well.
So, this morning

I was rudely awoken this morning, an hour and twenty minutes after my alarm first came on, to find the house full of dirty working class people. Ugh. I had nowhere to eat my breakfast, then nowhere to go, no running water. I was not happy. I took my typewriter upstairs and wrote a letter to Rach. Then I got the sewing machine and the costumey thing and hemmed it. I was quite impressed, partly byt the fact that I knew how to hem, partly because I knew (kind of) how to use the machine, and the otherpartly at how much better it now looked.

Then eventually they left. This is what they left. A mess and lots of dust in the kitchen.
They were, as it happens, installing a new boiler.

Mum came home about eight (traffic) and showed me how to use the machine properly and why it was all going horribly wrong.

I now plan to make a Doctor Who coat.

I hope all you people reading this nonsense also read the nice comments Maura leaves on pretty much every post. Having realised how cool she is, you should go and read her scintillating blog. Much more coherent than this, if less interesting. =]
To bed!

Oh, and tomorrow I'll tell you about yesterday, which in five minutes will become that's yesterday. I could so handle time travel.
